A range of off-street parking permit options in Royal Wootton Bassett, Malmesbury and Calne are set to get much more expensive for locals who use them regularly.
Wiltshire Council has announced that 12 months, 6 months and 3 months car park permit fees for parking facilities in these areas are set for a sizable hike from February 1.
In Calne charges for all applicable car parks will go from £250 to £300 for 12 months, £125 to £150 for 6 months and £62.50 to £75 for 3 months.
The Station Road car park in Malmesbury will also increase from £320 to £400, £160 to £200 and £80 to £100 for the 12 months, 6 months and 3 months permits respectively.
Two car parks in Royal Wootton Bassett are becoming more expensive as well.
Borough Fields car park will be £424, £212, £106 for 12, 6 and 3 months. Up from £324, £162, and £81.
Wood Street will be similarly increasing from £300 to £400 for 12 months, £150 to £200 for 6 months and £75 to £100.
