THE daughter of a former Town player has paid tribute to "the best dad I could've asked for" after he died of a heart attack.
Jamie Vincent played for the Swindon club between 2006 and 2009.
In a touching Twitter post, the 46-year-old's daughter Elle said: "Still waiting for him to walk through the door and give me a hug or make me laugh by doing something daft.
"I wish i could put into words how much I love you.
"Still sh*t at football tho😉 RIP dad".
After receiving kind condolences from others on the social media site, she added: "Growing up I hated football and would wind him up but went to every game home and away, he was just an amazing man."
