A Swindon drug dealer who ran the town's 'Ninja' line is behind bars.
Samual Ackah was arrested in January by officers from Wiltshire Police's Fortitude team.
Ackah appeared at Swindon Crown Court on March 30 after previously pleading guilty on two previous occasions to two counts of possession with intent to supply crack cocaine and heroin.
The 43-year-old, of no fixed abode, was jailed for two years and two months.
The Fortitude team's investigation led them to an address in the Freshbrook area of the town, where Ackah was believed to have taken over the home of a vulnerable drug user.
During a search of the property, police seized Class A drugs and a mobile phone which directly linked Ackah to the Ninja drugs line.
PC Craig Head, from Swindon’s Fortitude team, said: "Our team is continuously working to disrupt the supply of Class A drugs in Swindon and cases like this prove that we can dismantle these drugs lines and ensure offenders are put behind bars.
"The work we do relies heavily on intelligence and information from our communities and I would urge anyone who believes they have information about drug dealing to make sure they report it."
People are encouraged to report any type of information, no matter how big or small to 101, the police's website, or anonymously to Crimestoppers at 0800 555111.
