THE Easter Bunny visited Great Western Hospital to spread some joy to young patients who are spending the bank holiday weekend on the wards.

Swift Logistics Group brought the bunny to GWH on Tuesday to cheer up children.

Since 2012, Swift’s famous Easter Bunny has give sweet treats to poorly children who are in hospital for Easter.

The staff in the hospital will take the eggs and donations to the children and the Easter Bunny will also be hopping about in the foyer giving chocolate eggs to siblings and families of the patients whose Easter could do with a lift.

The company said they feel privileged to be able to carry on this initiative which, thanks to the generosity of businesses, customers, staff, friends and families, has grown into something really special.
