LIDDINGTON: An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon for the grant of a Premises Licence by Alexander Ford in respect of The Ridgeway Barns wedding and events venue in Liddington Warren.
The application seeks to supply alcohol from 7am to midnight on Mondays and 7am to 1am Tuesday to Sunday, as well as play live and recorded musice from 11am to midnight on Mondays and 11am to 1am Tuesday to Sunday, plus provide late night refreshment from 11pm to 11.59pm on Mondays and 11pm to 1am Tuesday to Sunday.
The full application may be inspected at the Offices of the Licensing Authority, Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler West Floor 5, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH between 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
Responsible authorities, and/or other persons (e.g. people/businesses living or working within the vicinity), can make representations at any time until May 4 2022. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5,000.
ALDBOURNE: Three planning applications (reference PL/2022/01109, PL/2022/01111 & PL/2022/01112) propose changing land at Dudmore Lodge on Ogbourne Road to residential with a proposed pool-house and swimming pool, converting a building and stable into an annex, and carrying out a phased development which includes the demolition of a dutch barn farm building, the erection of a granary garage for residential use and the conversion of a farm building into an amenity building for anadjoining house.
DAUNTSEY: Agricultural barns at Little Smithcot Farm could be changed to residential use and have alterations made if a planning application (reference PL/2022/02445) is approved.
BOX: A planning application (reference PL/2022/02531) proposes the removal of condition five for the application reference 17/07028/REM which relates to land south of Bradford Road in Rudloe.
PURTON: A planning application (reference PL/2022/02593) wants to add rooflights to a Packhorse property.
Views relating to these planning applications for listed buildings should be made by May 5, 2022 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public.
OLD TOWN: A planning application (reference S/LDE/22/0339LZWI) hopes to acquire a certificate of lawfulness for the use of four flats in Clifton House on Lethbridge Road.
Another application (reference S/LBC/22/0472PIMO) wants to change Appsbroker House on The Square from an office building to 14 flats, with a related application (reference S/22/0425PIMO) detailing a similar change and associated works.
A garden room and swimming pool may be built to the rear of a property on The Quarries if a planning application (reference S/HOU/22/0463RACH) is approved.
RODBOURNE: A planning application (reference S/LBC/22/0449PIMO) proposes adding a new opening for Churchward House on Fire Fly Avenue through an existing internal wall.
HINTON PARVA: The Chalet on Church Row could be demolished to have a dwelling built instead (reference S/22/0461RACH) without the compliance of condition 2, approved drawings, from a previously-approved application (reference S/21/1426).
WROUGHTON: Agricultural land to the rear of three properties on Priors Hill could be turned into domestic gardens if plans (reference S/22/0452LZWI ) are approved.
