An unsupervised learner driver pulled out in front of a police car - without a seatbelt on.
PC Williams from the Central South Neighbourhood team was patrolling in the Broadgreen area of Swindon when the incident happened.
A pictureshared by police on Facebook showed that the seatbelt of the driver's seat had been plugged in - but the driver must have been sat on top of it.
When the driver was stopped, PC Williams discovered that they only had a provisional licence and were driving without any supervision or L plates.
The car was taken away on the back of a flat-bed truck and they now face a date in court.
