Health/fitness AIMS for 2008 To keep fighting and training hard. I'm already healthy and fit and pretty happy with it.

What do you do to keep fit? Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays I wake up at 9.30am and go for a seven mile run. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays I go on the track and do speed endurance runs and sprints depending on where I am in my programme. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays I go to the gym from 6am to 9.30pm and those are the gruelling sessions going 35 rounds with equipment or sparing. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays I then do technical training.

Why do you do it? I started when I was about eight or nine, and went to the gym because I was a hyper kid and it was an outlet for that energy. I've been told that when you're good at something and you find a talent you should stay with the game and make the most of it.

What are your eating and drinking habits? When I'm training I have to eat proper healthy food but when I'm out of training I'll have a Dominos and a few beers like anyone else.

I have a lot of protein and a lot of carbs when training, but I have to eat at certain times too to make sure my body clock's right for when I've got a fight.

Diet vices? I don't really have any because I have the down time. When I'm not in my programme, I can go crazy and eat whatever I want and don't worry about it at all.

How's your health? When I come into peak fitness, I do tend to get colds as your immune system goes down - that's why people who are ill aren't allowed into the gym. Other than that I don't have many problems.
