A Saturday-only bar is proving a hit with people in Westbury.
The True Story Brewing Company, which sells its beer online from a base in the town, is operating a taproom on Saturdays.
So far, it has opened twice – on each of the last two Saturdays.
The business has been set up by Will Jenkins and Ben Hancock.
Their long-term aim is to open a permanent bar.
Will said: “We've only been open a couple of Saturdays and the opening day was really busy, we were surprised at how good the response has been. Last weekend was quieter, but we are hoping to keep it going through the summer and autumn months.”
The taproom at its premises at the Curtis Centre in Kingdom Avenue is open from noon to 10pm.
The firm is also planning some special events, with live DJ sets and food.
The next one of these will be on August 20, when there will be a tortilla bar as well.
Aside from that, the taproom will open as normal on Saturdays for beer and takeaway cans.
Will added: “We hope to open a bar alongside the brewery/taproom in a location close by when we have the opportunity. For now we are focused on making the beer as good as possible.”
