Heading on the M4 this weekend? This is the disruption you can expect due to several motorway closures, according to National Highways England.
This is mostly due to resurfacing works and other repairs.
If you are set to be travelling within these areas at that sort of time, then take note of what diversions will be in place.
Here’s a list of all of the closures between Friday, August 19 and Sunday, August 21.

M4 road closures on Friday, August 19
On the M4 Southbound, there will be lane and carriageway closures from Junction 4 to Junction 4A.
The closure is due to High-Friction Surfacing (HFS) works.
The lane and carriageway closures will run from 11 pm on Friday evening until 6 am on Saturday morning.
Drivers can use the diversion via TFL roads (A408 Holloway Lane, Hatch Lane, A4 West Ramp, Junction 4 spur road.)

There will be a further closure on the Eastbound exit slip road on Junction 4A.
The closure is due to resurfacing works and will last from 11 pm on Friday until 6 am on Saturday.
