A bike was stolen from ASDA superstore last week.
Wiltshire Police are appealing for information after a bicycle was stolen outside the Asda superstore in Westlea on Monday, August 15, at around 5.20pm.
Wiltshire Police said: "The bicycle is a yellow and black Voodoo Bantu bike, like the one in the attached photo.
"If anybody has any information, or if anyone has bought it, seen it or been offered it for sale, please contact us on 101 quoting reference 54220086105."
Between January and June 2022, 169 bikes were reported stolen from around Swindon.
This is not the first time a bike has been stolen from the ASDA superstore.
In October last year, an elderly couple was left in distress as their electric bike, worth over £2000, was stolen from the store.
If you find that you've been the victim of bike theft, the Met police urges you to report it and look out for it on online marketplaces, as they are often sold for a profit.
They also encourage bike owners to register their bike for free on a cycle database such as BikeRegister or immobilise.com.
If your bike is ever stolen and recovered by the police, it can be traced back to you.
