Commuters travelling out of Swindon towards the M4 are facing delays this morning.

A crash involving two lorries has occurred on the A419, southbound by the Badbury Roundabout.

It is currently unclear if anybody is injured.

One lane is currently closed and traffic is currently backing up along the dual carriageway past the White Hart Roundabout.

There are currently delays of up to 30 minutes and queues of up to four miles.

Traffic is also struggling to get onto the dual carriageway from the Commonhead Roundabout.

A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: "At around 7.25am this morning, we were called following a two-vehicle RTC on the slip road to the M4 eastbound.

“There were no reported injuries.”

Update: The vehicles have now been recovered and traffic is set to be on the move.
