A POPULAR Swindon community event has been cancelled.
The Lydiard Park Parkrun on Saturday and the Junior Parkrun on Sunday will not be going ahead.
The free weekly event usually brings people together to walk or run a 5km route around Lydiard Park at 9am every Saturday, with a similar circuit arranged at Seven Fields.
It is organised entirely by volunteers and each run is followed by a post-parkrun coffee at the Forest Cafe.
