Many businesses around Swindon have decided to close for the Queen's funeral on Monday as a mark of respect.
They also say this will allow staff members and customers to pay tribute to the late monarch.
Some have changed their opening hours, including petrol stations and pubs.
While others have clarified that business will be going ahead as usual.
Here is a list of what will be happening over the bank holiday at Swindon's shops, eateries, businesses, sports facilities, entertainment facilities, petrol stations and health services:
Shops
- Swindon Designer Outlet will close
- The Brunel Centre will close
- Morrisons is closing all its stores
- Asda is closing all its stores from midnight on September 18 to 5pm on September 19. No delivery slots will be offered
- Teso will open its Express stores from 5pm to 10pm but large stores will be closed all day
- Aldi will close all its stores
- Marks and Spencer will close all its stores and stop customer deliveries for the day
- Sainsbury's, Habitat and Argos stores will close
- Expressions Old Town will close
- Dunelm will be closed
- Costa Coffee will close all its wholly owned stores
- Greggs will close most of its shops apart from a "small number" which may remain open
- Forces Support will be closed
- Warhammer in the Brunel will close
Petrol stations
- Budgens Highworth Service Station will temporarily close between 10.30am and 1pm so staff can watch the funeral but emergency service vehicles will still be able to fill up with fuel during those hours
- Morrisons will open all its filling stations at 5pm
- Sainsbury's will open petrol stations from 5pm
Restaurants/ Cafes
- Fabio's Swindon will close
- Oriental Aroma is open for delivery service and dining in
- Love Brownies will be open from 10am-4pm
- Jordys Kitchen will be open between 7.30am and 3pm
- Connie's Restaurant will be closed
- Relish At The Gateway will be open from 9am-5pm and will show the state funeral on the inside screens
Pubs
- The Strawberry Thief is opening later at 1pm. Food will be served between 1pm-7pm to give staff the opportunity to pay their respects
- The Fox and Hounds in Wroughton will be closed
Entertainment
- The Wyvern Theatre will be closed to the public and activities postponed
- Jungle Mania will close
- Swindon Dance will close and all classes will be rescheduled at the end of the term
Sports facilities
- Buzz Gym: the main gym will stay open but all classes have been suspended
- Rockstar Climbing Centre will open later at 4.30pm and will close at 10pm as usual
Beauty services
- Jessica's Hair and Beauty will be closed. Customers will be contacted about rearranging their appointments
- Bassett Nails and Beauty Salon will be closed
- Route 8 Barbers North Swindon will be closed all day

The Tanning Room will be closed
Businesses
- Hillier Funeral Service will still be going ahead with its services or will rearrange services if requested to by the families
- Kwik Fit will be closed and customers with appointments booked for that day will be contacted
- Hays Travel will be closed on Monday and will reopen on 9.15am on Tuesday
- Greentree Lettings and Property Management will be closed but emergency call-outs will be monitored and dealt with.
- Resides Swindon will be closed
- Connells Swindon North will be closed
- Swindon Plumbing Supplies will close
GP surgeries, dentists, pharmacies and vet practices
- Smiles Swindon will be closed and anyone with appointments scheduled for that day will be contacted so they can be rearranged
- Hawthorn Medical Centre will be closed. Appointments will be rearranged
- Ashington House Surgery will be closed all day
- Priory Road Medical Centre will be closed
- Jephson Pharmacy is closing all its pharmacies
- Vets4Pets at St Margarets Retail Park will be closed. In any emergencies, contact the sister practice at Bridgemead.
- Drove Vets will close all its branches and run the vet hospital for emergencies only
- Purton Vets will close its surgery for all but urgent treatments and emergencies
