A SWINDON farm will soon be giving people the chance to pick their own pumpkins.
Lotmead Farm's Pick Your Own usually offers a variety of fruits and vegetables throughout the season.
A dedicated area of the farm will have pumpkins growing ready to be plucked and taken home from October 8 until they sell out at the end of that month.
The popular family attraction in Wanborough was hailed as the best national Pick Your Own of the Year 2022 at the Farm Retail awards earlier this year.
Farm manager John Meaden said: “We are delighted to announce pumpkin picking at Lotmead again this October.
“A variety of different sized pumpkins, squashes, and gourds will be available whilst stocks last in the run-up to Halloween.
"We will also have carving kits and accessories, and plenty of spooky inspiration to get everyone in the Halloween spirit.
“This year there is no booking, just turn up. Please keep an eye on our social media channels for updates on availability and opening hours this autumn.”

Lotmead is open 9.30am to 5pm Tuesday to Sunday, last entry at 4.30pm. It will reopen on Mondays for pumpkin picking.
