SOUTH MARSTON: Revised plans have been submitted for the redevelopment of the old Honda car manufacturing plant by Panattoni.
This application includes outline details (all matters reserved) for employment development including Class E(g) light industrial/B2 general industrial/ B8 storage and distribution and multipurpose hub building and associated development, accesses, earthworks and infrastructure.
There are also full details for the demolition of all existing buildings, alterations to existing northern and southern accesses, construction of internal estate roads, strategic structural landscaping, drainage infrastructure, earthworks, and the erection of a Class B8 warehouse and associated development, accesses and infrastructure.

WEST SWINDON: Rob Powe is applying to Swindon Borough Council Planning Department for subsequent consent for a Reserved Matters application (reference S/RES/22/1343) for details of the layout, scale, appearance, landscaping and access in relation to Scott Way roundabout, in accordance with Condition 4 of the outline planning consent (S/13/1524/SAC), which was accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
Members of the public may inspect the application and associated documents online via the website http://pa.swindon.gov.uk/publicaccess and by entering application number S/RES/22/1343.

HIGHWORTH: Notice is hereby given that the One Way And Prohibition Of Driving Order 2022 was made under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to extend the one way and prohibition of driving (except access) restriction on Vicarage Lane to Sheep Street at its junction with Market Place, as indicated by signs.
The order will be operative as of 19 September 19 2022. A copy of the documents for the order may be inspected online at www.swindon.gov.uk/trafficregulationorders
TADPOLE GARDEN VILLAGE: Notice is hereby given under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that Swindon Borough Council and Wiltshire Council made an order to revoke the Weight Restriction Orders Tadpole Lane, C117 And U/C 2017 Castle Eaton/ Marston Meysey which are currently in place and re-enact them as separate orders.
This is for administrative purposes only as part of the Swindon Borough Council digitisation of traffic orders project and will not have any physical effect to the current weight restrictions in place.
