BBC Strictly Come Dancing star Kara Tointon has split from her fiancé Marius Jensen, with the pair calling time on their relationship in secret 10 months ago, according to reports.
The former EastEnders actress met Marius in 2016 with the couple getting engaged in November 2018.
A source claimed: “Kara and Marius quietly separated around ten months ago. There was no wrong-doing on either side, and they both still care about each other. But they came to the decision that there was no future for them as a couple."
The source added: "They remain friends, and are both very committed to co-parenting their two children.”
Kara and Marius welcomed their son Helly into the world at the start of 2021, speaking of his name with Hello! Magazine at the time, she said: "He is an incredibly cool little man. He is very Zen, he has a calming effect. He is so chilled and wonderful."
She added: "We found it had both Indian history and Scandinavian links."
Kara was crowned winner of Strictly in 2010 with her pro partner Artem Chigventsev.
