SWINDON drivers have been sentenced at Bath Magistrates Court for committing driving offences.
Matthew Dawe, of Saddleback Road, was found guilty through single justice procedure of speeding on the A303.
The 50-year-old drove a vehicle at 81mph on February 25, exceeding the 70mph speed limit.
He received a £166 fine and three points on his driving licence, and must pay £90 in court costs plus £34 to victim services.
Antonio Bryan of St Ives Court, was found guilty through single justice procedure of failing to provide information to police.
The 26-year-old had been required to tell Avon and Somerset Police about the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence on April 8.
He received a £660 fine and six points on his driving licence, and must pay £90 in court costs plus £66 to victim services.
Pascan Nelu, of Deacon Street, was found guilty through single justice procedure of not stopping at a traffic light.
This happened at the junction of Easton Way and Stapleton Road in Bristol on February 25.
The 56-year-old received a £66 fine and three points on his driving licence, and must pay £90 in court costs plus £34 to victims services.
All three defendants were sentenced at Bath Magistrates Court.
