A BUSY road in Swindon's town centre was closed by the emergency services.
Three ambulances and at least two police cars stopped on the section of County Road between Manchester Road and the Transfer Bridges roundabouts to attend an incident on Friday morning.
This part of the road was closed for more than an hour and queueing traffic was diverted away from the scene.
A Wiltshire Police spokesman said: "This incident relates to the sudden death of a man in his 60s on County Road, Swindon. There are no suspicious circumstances."
A South West Ambulance Trust spokesman said: "We were called at 08.43am to an incident in Swindon. We sent three double-crewed land ambulances, an operations officer and a critical care car.”
