Mcctaffs, a popular town centre cafe, has been closed for quite some time, with people who want to visit wondering what is going on.
A sign was put on the cafe's door explaining that it had to close for a few days due to staff sickness, but that was a number of weeks ago now and there's no sign of it reopening anytime soon.
The Facebook page for Mcctaffs is still active and its other store in Shrivenham seems to be open. However, any questions about the Swindon town centre store aren't answered.
The cafe, owned by Jamie McCabe, relocated from the Brunel Shopping Centre to Regent Street next to the newly opened Taco Bell earlier this year - a move that he was enthusiastic about.

Speaking to Swindon Borough Council he added that maintaining a town centre outlet was a priority of his.
He said: “The move here was a sensible choice as we knew we wanted to remain in the town centre, that was one of our top priorities. We wanted to still provide a service to our regulars who have used us and were very loyal during the pandemic."
The Adver approached Mcctaffs for comment but did not receive a response.
