The researchers have outlined the most affordable postcodes, breaking them down by the median asking price for each.
The data reveals that the SN1 area, which covers South Leaze and East Wichel, is the cheapest area to live with properties around £246,400 asking price.

- SN2 - £246,900
- SN25 - £304,700
- SN5 - £316,600
- SN3 - £327,600
- SN6 - £481,000

Zoopla's data showed that the SN6 postcode, which covers Ashbury and Highworth, has the highest asking price with a price tag of £481,000.
