Here are some of the public notices that have been posted in Wiltshire this week: 

Road closures

Wiltshire Council intends to close temporarily to all traffic: Moot Lane (Part), Downton and Redlynch; from its junction with Moot Gardens to its county boundary with Hampshire to enable BT to carry out installation of underground fibre equipment and associated works.
Alternative route via Hale Lane - B3080 -Moot Lane (unaffected length) and vice versa.
It will come into operation on November 21 and will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 until November 25.

A30 (Part), Salisbury, Laverstock and Ford; for a distance of approximately 40m either side of the railway bridge to enable Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd to carry out railway inspection and associated works.
Alternative route via A30 (unaffected length) - A36 - A345 - A303 - A338 - A30 (unaffected length) and vice versa.
This Order will come into operation on November 1 and the closure will be required between the hours of 21:00 and 05:00 for 1 night.

Milford Mill Road (Part), Clarendon Park, Laverstock and Ford; from its junction with New Petersfinger Road for a distance of approximately 40m in a northerly direction to enable Network Rail to carry out railway bridge inspection and associated works.
Alternative route via Petersfinger Road - A36 - Wain a Long Road - Bourne Avenue - Laverstock Road - Manor Farm Road - Milford Mill Road (unaffected length) and vice versa.
This Order will come into operation on October 31 and the closure will be required between the hours of 21:00 and 05:00 for 1 night.

No waiting orders

Wiltshire Council plan to make orders which will mean:

No waiting Monday to Friday 8.30am - 9.15am and 2.30pm - 3.45pm on
School Lane, Lea and Cleverton - both sides - from its junction with The Street for a distance of 104 metres in a north westerly direction;
The Street, Lea and Cleverton - both sides - from a point 82 metres north east of its junction with School Lane to a point 82 metres south west of that junction (excluding lay-by);
The Street, Lea and Cleverton -south side - from the western access boundary to property known as Meadowside for a distance of 70 metres in a south westerly direction;
Little Badminton Lane, Lea and Cleverton - both sides - from its junction with The Street for a distance of 10 metres in a north westerly direction;
St Giles Close, Lea and Cleverton - both sides - from its junction with The Street for its entire length.

Goods vehicle operator's licence:

Darren Smith trading as Truck Van Car of 45 Buckingham Road, Chippenham is applying for a licence to use ISCO House, Redman Road, Portemarsh Industrial Estate, Calne as an operating centre for 4 goods vehicles and 4 trailers.

Owners or occupiers of land near the operating centres who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Merest House 386 Harehills Lane Leeds LS9 6NF.
