The Bath Arms at Crockerton, Warminster has applied to build a new bar in its outside space and extend the sale of alcohol past midnight.
There are fears that this will create noise disturbance in the area and there have been several objections to the application.
Bath Arms currently can only sell alcohol up to 11pm and does not have a licence to sell alcohol in the outside space.
There have been 14 different public nuisance objections from people in the area who are complaining of noise and light that may accompany late-night drinking.
The deadline for the consultation of the application is November 16.
The Bath Arms opened this September after four years of sitting derelict.
Brother and sister team, Paul and Alison Gardner made enough money selling hand sanitiser during lockdown to buy up two abandoned Wiltshire pubs and restore them to their former glory.
Their new pub group, The Chaffinch Pubs, bought the beloved pub.
At the beginning of the venture, Paul said to WiltshireLive that he was planning to fit a Michelin-grade kitchen into the building but that it wouldn't be completed until 2023.
