Police are probing a suspected fraud at a Swindon convenience store.
The man, pictured in a CCTV security footage shot released in a tweet from Wiltshire Police, was in the Lawn area of Swindon.
The police believe that the man in question used a fake £50 note in the Lawn One Stop shop.
The suspected incident happened within the shop at around 19:00 on Tuesday, October 25.
The man is pictured wearing a grey jumper and joggers, as well as a black gilet.
A Wiltshire Police spokesperson said: “We would like to speak to the man pictured in relation to an incident of suspected fraud.”
“If this is you, or you know this person, please call us on 101 quoting reference number 54220113130.”
