A TOWN centre shop has reopened in a new location.
Waterstones has now moved out of its former two-floor home in the Brunel Shopping Centre.
Staff closed the bookshop on Tuesday after beginning the difficult process of transporting thousands of books across the road to the Canal Walk space.
Literature lovers did not have to wait long to see what the new shop looks like.
Thanks to an impressive effort, the booksellers had everything ready to welcome customers on Saturday morning.
A ribbon-cutting marked the big moment.
Welcome to our new home!

The first events for the retail chain's new Swindon home are already being organised.
Illustrator and author Steve Antony will be telling stories to youngsters on Saturday November 19 at 10.30am, with no need to book in advance.
An inSwindon BID spokesman said: "One big ‘ShineOnSwindon’ congratulations to Waterstones Swindon on the opening of your brand new store on Canal Walk in Swindon Town Centre from the team at inSwindon BID."
