Swindon Town Football Club has been left red-faced after a supporter received the wrong prize.
Adam Wills won "a case" of Thatcher’s Gold cider after correctly predicting that Town would draw 1-1 with Tranmere Rovers at the weekend.
However, the supporter was left puzzled after the club gave him four cans instead of 16.
Adam took to Twitter to voice his reaction to the situation.
He said: “Turns out my “case” of cider was in fact just 4 cans 🤦♂️😂😂 surely that’s not right.”
Thatcher’s Gold replied cheekily saying that it looks like there was a party at the County Ground.

Adam cheekily added that he "didn’t know whether p*** myself laughing or throw them back over the reception desk".
Swindon Town has sought to clarify the situation and has apologised.
Replying to Adam, the club said: “Hi Adam, rather than urinate in our reception or throw the cans over the counter, a simple question would have sorted it 😀
“You are correct. You should have received four packs. Sincere apologies.
“Let us know if you can come back or we will send them to you.”
