Two people have been arrested after a stabbing in Swindon on Sunday afternoon.
A person was injured after the stabbing in Haydon End at around 1.30pm on Sunday.
It took place on Mazurek Way, at the junction with Torun Way.
Witnesses say the balaclava-clad men armed with large knives were dressed in black, possibly wearing Puffa jackets.
The men made off on bikes, Wiltshire Police said, possibly electric.
Police are now appealing for witnesses to the incident, and have warned members of the public not to approach the suspects if they see them.
Instead they should call 999 immediately, giving the location and direction of travel of the suspects.
A spokesperson for the police said: "We don’t believe there a risk to the wider public however anyone that sees them should not approach them but call 999 immediately, giving the location and direction of travel of the suspects.
"Two people have been arrested in connection with this incident.
"If you have any information that can help with our enquiries, please call us on 999 quoting log number 140 of today’s date (Dec 4)."
The nature of the victim's injuries is currently unknown.
