Welford Park is home to one of the finest snowdrop woodlands in the country - and it's just a 40-minute drive from Swindon.
Fans of the tiny white herald of spring can see the amazing display on February 8 when the garden at Newbury is open to the public.
The property, which has been the location for the Great British Bake-Off, features extensive lawns, formal gardens and paths next to the River Lambourn as well as the four-acre beech wood where the snowdrops appear.
Light lunches, hot drinks and snacks are available in a marquee and a shepherd's hut. Admission costs £12 for adults and £4.50 for children. The gates are open between 11am and 4pm. Visit ngs.org.uk for details.
