Six people appeared in court on Wednesday following the stabbing of a teenager in Swindon.
The incident took place outside the Premier store, near the Moonrakers roundabout, on Saturday, June 13, 2020.
Reports at the time stated that a 17-year-old boy was stabbed several times during a fight on Whitworth Road, with police called at around 11:30pm.
The boy was taken to hospital but later discharged, Wiltshire Police said.
Six of the eight people charged in connection with the incident appeared at Swindon Magistrates Court on Wednesday, January 25.
Each member of the eight faced the same two charges of inflicting grievous bodily harm with intent as well as affray.
Additionally, one of the eight people, Kyle Thomas, faces a charge of possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.
Sarah Le Cornu, 29, of Montagu Street, will appear in Swindon Crown Court on Friday, January 24, for a Plea and Trial Preparation Hearing (PTPH). She was released on conditional bail and is not to contact the complainant.
Joel Lester, 29, of Clive Parade, saw his case adjourned for a legal aid application, with the next hearing to be in Swindon Magistrates Court on Thursday, February 2.
Tyler Holmes, 19, of Welcombe Avenue, Swindon, will appear at Swindon Crown Court on Friday, February 24, for a PTPH. He was released on conditional bail and is not to contact the complainant.
Ryan Malloy, 18, of HMP Portland YOI, saw his case adjourned, with the next hearing to be in Swindon Magistrates Court on Thursday, February 2.
Connor Livingstone, 26, of HMP Erlestoke, will appear at Swindon Crown Court on Friday, February 24, for a PTPH. He was released on conditional bail and is not to contact the complainant.
Grant Townsend, 25, of Norwood Close, saw his case adjourned, with the next hearing to be in Swindon Magistrates Court on Thursday, February 2.
Thrishton Whyte, 22, of Ruskin Avenue, will appear at Swindon Crown Court on Friday, February 24, for a PTPH. He was released on conditional bail and is not to contact the complainant.
Kyle Thomas, 21, of St Ives Court, Nythe, will appear at Swindon Crown Court on Friday, February 24, for a PTPH. He was released on conditional bail and is not to contact the complainant.
All defendants were represented in Wednesday's hearing by Charlotte Frizzell.
