The first batch of homes in Swindon’s massive New Eastern Villages project have gone on the market.
Vistry Group has released the first three and four bedroom Bovis homes in Wanborough near Swindon.
Comprising 185 properties, Redlands Grove will be part of a larger development of 370 homes, which will include allotments, play areas and a new village square.
Located five miles from Swindon, the houses start from £374,995 and the first batch will be finished by summer.
The development will support the local community by providing over £8.5 million towards healthcare, education, sports facilities, libraries, a bus service, bridge link, nature park, community forest and highways.
There will be a designated cycle route that forms part of the main highway that linking to the new homes, as well as a shop, and a village square.
