A business coach is hosting an International Women's Day networking event in  Swindon.

Success of Women will feature female speakers who will share their stories and their visions of creating a bigger impact in the world.

Mental health and wellbeing coach Liz Rotherham, the founder of the charity Heads2minds which offers training, coaching and mentoring to teenagers will be there.

She was a finalist in the Daily Mail Inspirational Women awards in 2019 and is the author of a book about living with bi-polar disorder.

Another speaker is founder and managing director of Revolution Performing Arts, Fiona Da Silva.

She will be talking about how being a witness to domestic violence and a victim of abuse in her own childhood has led her to champion the rights of children today.

Author and campaigner Karen Edwards, the mother of murder victim Becky Godden-Edwards is also on the programme.

She campaigned for justice for her daughter after the man who killed her was given a life sentence for the murder of another victim

Organiser Samantha Jayne has spent the last two decades building her own brand as an inspirational speaker and coach to demonstrate to women how it is possible to blend spirituality, success, and wealth.

The women who are appearing at the event will cover everything from working in a man’s world, mental health, encouraging young women and fighting for justice.

Samantha Jayne says: “Whether you have a business or not, this is a wonderful opportunity to be inspired by inspirational women who are leading the way for change in the lives of others.

“If you do have a business, then this is a great opportunity to network and swap ideas with other female business owners.

“I’m looking forward to sharing with other women how to stand up for themselves and not be frightened to talk about money.”

A portion of the ticket sales will be donated to Heads2Minds.

Samantha said: “The charity does a lot of training around suicide awareness. Never a month goes by when I’m not involved with helping someone at their lowest ebb.”

The event will be held on March 8, from 10am to 4pm at The Ridge.

Tickets start at £25 with a buffet lunch included and you can find more information here.
