A Swindon road has reopened after being closed as emergency services dealt with an accident near a pedestrian crossing.
The road between Elstree Way roundabout and the Westfield Way roundabout was shut for around an hour following the incident.
Police confirmed the closure just before 8am.
At the time they said: “The road is closed between Elstree Way roundabout and Westfield Way Roundabout due to an accident near to the pedestrian crossing.
“Please avoid the area. Thank you.”
