A WOMAN has admitted to driving a BMW while under the influence of cocaine on a busy dual carriageway near Cirencester.
Paige Clark, aged 31, of Rectory Lane, Avening, has been banned from driving for a year after pleading guilty to the offence at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on Thursday, March 30.
Clark was caught driving a BMW 1 Series on the A419 near Cirencester having consumed 601 micrograms of benzoylecgonine (cocaine) per litre of blood on Sunday, October 9.
The legal limit is 10 micrograms per litre of blood.
Clark was fined £276 and must also pay a £110 victim services surcharge plus £40 costs - a total of £426.
