A HIT-AND-RUN in Royal Wootton Bassett has resulted in four people being arrested.
A man in his 30s was hit by a car on Sunday, April 9, at around 9.15pm on Longleaze and was treated by ambulance crews for injuries to his leg.
Wiltshire Police have confirmed that following this crash during which the driver did not stop, three people, including a 25-year-old woman and two 35-year-old men, were arrested on suspicion of affray.
A 23-year-old man was also arrested on suspicion of failing to stop after an accident, dangerous driving, and driving under the influence of alcohol, as well as driving without a licence or insurance.
The man has since been released on bail.
