Police are concerned for the welfare of a man who was attacked by two men wielding a hammer in Swindon.
The assault took place in Diamond Crescent at around 10.35pm on Friday, April 7.
Two suspects launched an assault on an unknown male “using a hammer and physical assaults”.
Police have so far been unable to identify or locate the victim and are concerned for his welfare, with the extent of his injuries still unknown.
They are now appealing for the victim to come forward.
A spokesperson for the force said: “We are appealing for help in finding the victim of an assault which took place in Swindon last Friday (April 7).
“At around 10.35pm, in Diamond Crescent, two suspects have assaulted an unknown male using a hammer and physical assaults.
“We are concerned for the victim’s welfare as we have thus far been unable to find him and are unable to determine the extent of his injuries.
