The upcoming trial for the murder of Owen Dunn has been cancelled.
Three teenagers had been due to stand trial at Bristol Crown Court on June 5 charged with murdering the 18-year-old in Mazurek Way in December 2022.
But during a hearing last Thursday (April 14), a judge decided the vacate the trial date.
The 14-year-old, who was arrested shortly after the incident happened, has already pleaded not guilty during a court appearance in February, and has since been released on bail.
The 15-year-old and 17-year-old were arrested and charged months later, following a Crimestoppers appeal offering a cash reward for information. Neither of them have entered a plea, and have been remanded into custody.
The reason for the delay is not clear, but the case will next be heard at the same court on April 27 at 2pm, for a directions hearing.
Prosecutors have been directed to upload an indictment - a formal document which lists the charges against each defendant - and a plea and trial preparation form, Bristol Crown Court told the Adver.
Meanwhile, the case has been reserved to Mrs Justice Cutts, a presiding judge of the Western Circuit.
No pleas were taken during Thursday's hearing.
