A Swindon teenager was inappropriately touched outside the town’s bus station by a man who also made sexual comments towards her.
The incident occurred at Swindon Bus Station in the town centre at around 10.30pm on Easter Saturday (April 8).
The suspect is a white man in his 50s, about 5ft 6in tall, with short cropped white hair, wearing a grey coat and blue jeans.
Two men and two women who witnessed the incident intervened when the girl was in distress and subsequently told the man to leave her alone.
Police are now appealing for those four people to contact them.
A Wiltshire Police spokesperson said: “We are appealing for witnesses to an incident at Swindon Bus Station during which a teenage girl was approached by a man who made sexual comments and inappropriately touched her.
“We would like to talk to four members of the public, two men and two women, who intervened when the girl objected and told him to leave her alone.
“Anyone else who witnessed this incident should contact us on 101 quoting log 54230037526.”
