Emergency services are in attendance at a two-vehicle crash that has left a Swindon junction closed.
Both police and ambulance crews responded to a nasty looking smash between two cars at the junction of Faringdon Road and Farnsby Street, shortly before 6pm this evening.
Two cars, one turning into Farnsby Street and the other heading straight on along Faringdon Road, collided, causing significant damage to the vehicles.
Police cordoned off the road at the junction while recovery was carried out, with the cars still blocking access to Farnsby Street for other motorists.
Two ambulances were also pictured at the scene of the accident.
At the time of writing the road remained closed.
