A woman has been charged after reports a couple were spotted performing ‘sex acts’ upon one another outside a Swindon supermarket in broad daylight.
Kelly-Ann Horwat, of Harding Street, has been charged with indecent exposure following an incident in Havelock Square in Swindon on the afternoon of Thursday, April 20.
The 41-year-old, from Swindon, has since been released on bail.
Another woman, also arrested on Thursday, has been released without charge.
Onlookers reported seeing two women allegedly undressing each other outside the town centre’s Iceland and performing sexual acts for 20 minutes.
Police were called to the scene at around 3.50pm with six officers arriving via bicycle, car and van.
The situation was dealt with by around 4.10pm.
