The dad of a three-month-old baby girl has been charged with her murder.
Police responded to calls about medical concerns from an address on Cornfield Road in Devizes on September 20, 2021.
Paramedics took baby Miyah Warnock to Bristol Children's Hospital. She died in hospital on October 19, 2021.
Officers arrested her 28-year-old father Samuel Warnock, formerly of Cornfield Road, on Wednesday, May 3, and charged him with murder on the following day.
The defendant appeared before Salisbury Magistrates' Court via video link and has since been remanded in custody.
He is due to appear before Winchester Crown Court on Friday (May 4) at 10am.
