An entrepreneur who left school with no qualifications and still can't write has bought a £300,000 Lamborghini - telling young people 'anything is possible'.
Matt Fiddes, 43, says he failed all his exams - but posted a video showing him picking up his new supercar.
Since leaving school with no qualifications he spent more than two decades building a global martial arts brand and amassing a net worth of £120 million.
Now the business tycoon has dropped hundreds of thousands of pounds on a supercar - a Lamborghini Aventador.
Matt, who shot to fame as the bodyguard of late popstar Michael Jackson, said he only shared the photographs of his new ride to inspire young people, telling them "you can make your own successes in life".
He said: "I didn’t know whether to share these photos and video but I’m proud of my achievements and want young people to know that you may get knocked back, struggle with learning, fail to get the grades you want, go through tough times, trolled or bullied for being different.
"But, you can make your own successes in life. I still can’t write and failed all school exams!
"I’ve built up a global business and property empire with an incredible team around me just with pure passion and determination! Anything is possible!
"So, I’m showing off my new car which I’ve worked very hard for. I hope to motivate you all!"
He said it was because he was wearing a tracksuit on his visit, and it took them 20 minutes until the staff recognised him.
“They had two sales staff over me like a rash but because of this I never bought one and I will buy elsewhere,” he told the Adver at the time.
“I said to my wife that no one was going to take me seriously when I am dressed like this.
“I could have bought the cars and the building.
“It’s human nature to judge people by how they look or dress and we are all guilty of it!”
Despite the flashy car shopping, Matt insists he and his wife are very down to earth with their lifestyles.
The couple, who now live in Tiverton, Devon, with Fiddes running his own martial arts school.
“I’m just a martial arts guy who lives in Swindon and my wife shops at Primark,” he said.
“I just wanted to buy a Ferrari for me and my wife as summer is coming up.”
