A brand new burger restaurant is moving into Swindon and has unveiled its new frontage in the town centre.
The Adver reported earlier this month that an abandoned Regent Street property would be the home to a new branch of the Andover-based eatery Stax and Snax.
Two weeks on and the business is starting to take shape in the town centre, with a black storefront and brightly coloured logos can now in place.
The shopfront advertises breakfast, wraps, deserts, chicken, milkshakes and, of course, burgers.
This is an advance on the simple banner which was on the property before that advertised 'eat in', 'takeout' and 'delivery' and had logos for all of the major food delivery companies like Deliveroo, Just Eat, and Uber Eats.
Members of the public had recently reported seeing work being done on the building as the Andover-based eatery prepares to move into its new home.
The location was previously the site of a cannabis factory until it was busted by police in September 2022.
An official opening date for Swindon’s latest restaurant is not yet known but is expected to be soon given the fast-moving progress to the building.
