A major Swindon road is backed up with traffic due to some recently installed temporary traffic lights.
Work on Wootton Bassett Road in Kingshill commenced on Monday by Thames Water and a temporary traffic light system was put in place.
The water company are on the scene for utility repair and maintenance works.
The lights are expected to stay in place until 11.59pm on Wednesday, meaning commuters will be frustrated by long traffic queues during rush hour for the first half of this week.
This was demonstrated on Tuesday afternoon as long queues of vehicles could be seen backing up the busy street.
