The latest shop to join the Swindon Designer Outlet ranks has been revealed and will act to bring local business together.
McArthurGlen have partnered with Curated Makers in an attempt to support over 40 local independent artists and makers in Wiltshire and the surrounding counties.
Curated Makers will offer a line-up of small businesses from Swindon, Bristol and Bath providing products from jewellery to stationery and home décor.
The pop-up aims to support local entrepreneurs, providing a more sustainable option by cutting back on emissions.
The store itself is also built using wood and eco-friendly materials by Curated Makers co-founder, Tom Clarke.
The Designer Outlet’s centre manager Tina Cumpstey said: “Championing local causes that matter most to our community has always been a key focus for Swindon Designer Outlet, so creating a pop-up in partnership with Curated Makers to uplift small artisans regionally is a perfect fit for us.”
Megan Jones, co-founder of Curated Makers, said: “We are eager to welcome guests to our space at the Outlet and invite them to be inspired by the selected makers, based in Swindon, Wiltshire and the South West of England.
“We are confident the pop-up will leave all visitors inspired and proud to be small business supporters.”
Curated Markets will open their pop-up shop at the Outlet on Saturday, July 22.
