A community foundation set up in the wake of a teenager's stabbing is set to host its biggest event yet this weekend.
Owen's World Foundation is hosting a family fun day at the Webbswood Stadium, the home of Swindon Supermarine, on Saturday.
The family and friends of Owen Dunn - the teenager killed during a stabbing in Haydon End in December - will be gathering for the family-friendly event.
There will be sweets, cakes, personalised goods, face painting, crafts, a bouncy castle, dance performances and more.
Jo Davis helped launch Owen's World and has spearheaded its efforts so far to raise over £5,000 and secure the installation of six bleed control kits in various locations across the town.
She said: "We’re really proud of the community spirit that has come forward to help us organise the fun day.
"We are so overwhelmed by the support we receive daily from not just those in Swindon but also the wider area.
"This event is hopefully aiming to raise a substantial amount so that we can add to the 6 bleed cabinets that we already have, and also go towards things for teens."
Tickets for the event are £2 and kids go free.
