A VIRTUAL reality gaming centre that opened two years ago has announced it will be closing for good later this month.
SAF-VR was opened in November 2021 by Swindon local Scott Francis, but after two years of entertaining children, families and adults, a post was put on the business's Facebook page confirming it was calling it a day.
A spokesperson said: "Unfortunately, due to a number of reasons, SAF-VR will be closing at the end of November. If you have any unused vouchers or would simply like to get stuck into the virtual world for a final time, feel free to book online or call us to reserve your spot!
"We would like to say a big thank you to all our wonderful customers who have supported us since the shop has opened. We have had so much great feedback from everyone and are so happy to have been able to bring VR to Swindon!
"It has been truly incredible to see our signed wall grow from just a few names in the first week, to hundreds of names, drawings and messages! Thank you so much for your support along the way!
"So all that leaves us to say is goodbye (for now!)"
SAF-VR were approached for further comment.
