A woman was left injured after being robbed by three balaclava-clad men, police have said.

The men allegedly approached their victim from behind while she walked along Ramsbury Avenue at around 9.45pm on October 26.

They grabbed the belongings of the woman in her 30s and shoved her to the ground, causing an injury to her ankle.

They left after stealing £40 in cash and her blue Honer mobile phone, police said.

Little information about the suspects is available to investigating officers, other than the fact that they were men who she did not know, wearing black clothing and black balaclavas.

A Wiltshire Police spokesperson said: “Enquiries have been ongoing and we would urge anyone who witnessed the incident, or anyone who may have seen three males in the Ramsbury Avenue area around this time to contact police.

“Please also check your doorbell cameras or CCTV for any footage which could be significant to our enquiries.”
