The opening date for Swindon's newest gym has been revealed.
For weeks, workers have been hard at work turning the former B&M store on Ocotal Way into the latest modern JD Gyms sites.
During this time, the firm has always said it aimed to open before Christmas, but it has now revealed the opening date of December 5.
A dedicated glute area, spaces for various classes and 'luxury' changing rooms and saunas can also be seen.
It has also provided a sneak peek of what it looks like inside currently.
In a video posted on the JD Gyms - Swindon Facebook Page, general manager Ian took followers on a guided tour of the work-in-progress site, and showed them what it will look like when it's finished.
He said: "We're so excited to show you what we've been working on inside.
"Although we're not quite ready yet we've been getting there fast. We've been working to get all of the main construction, so we can crack on with the fixtures and fittings."
The video displays a 'large' free weights area featuring a wall of dumbbells going up to 50kg, six weight-lifting platforms, a full range of Eleiko kit and eight cable stations.
A cardio area will boast 24 treadmills, 14 bikes, 8 cross trainers and 8 stairclimbers and 17 resistance machines and a dedicated glute area.
