Blue Banana tribute to body piercer who died aged 25

Chelsea's death at the age of 25 was announced by the Blue Banana studio where she worked, along with a touching tribute and confirmation it was closing for a day on November 22 as a mark of respect.

Chelsea, who was described as "the most beautiful soul, a talented artist and one of the best body piercers to walk this earth" had worked at the Brunel Shopping Centre studio for six years. 

A spokesperson for the business said: "It's with a heavy heart that we must share the news that our beloved head piercer and dearest friend Chelsea has passed away.

"Chelsea, you will be forever loved and missed dearly."

One of Chelsea's colleagues and close friends Georgia Lily posted her own personal tribute to the young woman who she had known for eight years and worked alongside for six. 

Georgia said: "No words will ever describe how beautiful, wonderful and unique you were. You were my best friend, twin flame and soul sister. I simply would not be the person I am without you. You taught me and so many others so much, you touched the lives of everyone who met you.

"You brought so much light and joy to everyone you met, you really did give love to everyone and I wish more than anything I could tell you I love you one more time."

The pair had often talked about the big plans for the future they had, including owning a house together that was decorated half with 'goth n' goblins' and the other half as 'Barbie dream house'. 

They had also dreamed of opening a nail and piercing studio together.

"Everything I do going forward will be for you Chelsea."

Chelsea's death was sudden and with no known cause.

Georgia explained Chelsea's family wanted to make it clear how positive she was as a person and how she had such big goals for the future but did not feel able to provide a comment at this time. 

They did add that any donations that anyone might want to make should go towards local charities that help the homeless.
