Police are hunting for a man who allegedly threatened a bus driver after refusing to pay for his ticket at a Wiltshire stop.
The incident reportedly took place on the Route 55 Stagecoach bus from Swindon to Chippenham, while the vehicle was stopped in Royal Wootton Bassett.
At around 4.25pm on December 5, a man allegedly refused to pay for his ticket before “making threats” towards the driver.
The suspect, believed to be in his 40s, is described as “dark skinned”, around 5ft 11 inches tall, and of medium build.
A police investigation remains ongoing, and officers have urged anyone with information about the incident to come forward.
A spokesperson for the force said: “We are appealing for information following an incident on a bus from Swindon to Chippenham.”
“If anyone has information, please call 101 and quote crime reference number 54230129166.
“Alternatively, call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
