Only a handful of pharmacies across Swindon will be open during the Christmas and New Year period.

While we all hope for good health over the festive season, illnesses don’t stop just for Christmas so it’s important to know which pharmacies you can go to.

In Swindon, all GP practices will be closed on the festive bank holidays.

A few pharmacists will remain open on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, but these will all operate on reduced hours. 

Out of the 40 pharmacies in Swindon, only three will be open on Christmas Day.
